Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is one of the methods of assisted reproductive technology (ART) used to treat infertility.

This technique is most similar to the natural process of conception.

2. Sperm processed in this way is introduced into the uterine cavity of a woman on the day of ovulation with the help of an intrauterine catheter. This helps sperm to overcome the barrier of the cervix.
